Payment Terms:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover Credit cards as well as Company Checks and Cash. Normal billing is 50% down at the time of order and balance due at time of pick-up, unless other terms are established at time of order.
Shipping Policy:
We use primarily UPS/Fed Express. Delivery is normally 2-3 Days from shipment date, unless other arrangements are specified by customer. All freight charges are the responsibility of customer.
Return / Refund Policy:
Product ordered by customer is returnable to supplier if product is damaged or wrong product is received with no restocking charges. If product is ordered and customer changes mind on the material ordered prior to embellishment process, there is a 25% restocking charge plus all freight if material is returned to supplier. If the embellishment process is started or completed on material approved and ordered by customer, there is a no refund/return policy unless the finished product is done incorrectly by us.
Customer Supplied Product:
If customer supplies clean / free of defects product and product is damaged in production, we cannot replace the material, but we will re-embellish at NO additional charge, a new replacement item furnished by customer.
Artwork:
Newly created artwork by us, either digitized or computer drawn, is a service we provide. There is a charge for this service but the artwork belongs to us. If the customer would like a copy of said artwork, they can purchase it for a “copy fee”. If the customer brings in existing artwork, that artwork belongs to them. If we change or alter the artwork with customer’s approval, that becomes newly created artwork and then becomes our property. We will not use any customer artwork for someone else without written permission from the original customer. Bobbins And Crew Sew, LLC. reserve the right to refuse any artwork or order that we deem inappropriate.
Privacy Policy:
We do not sell, rent, trade, or lease personal information collected on our web site or included on our e-mail links to a third party.
Data Security:
We take precautions to protect your data from loss, misuse, unauthorized access or disclosure, alteration or destruction.
