Great for Family Reunions, Car Shows, Golf Tournaments
One of the best ways of decorating shirts and uniforms, especially for smaller orders and multiple colors, is Heat Transfer.
1. This process takes any existing photo, picture, or artwork, and then we then place the sized designs on the back of treated paper to heat press onto your apparel. The back side of the special paper is actually treated with Plastisol Inks (the same as used in screen printing) and colors are unlimited.
2. We take the designed paper and Heat Press the garment, under pressure and high heat, to cause the ink to come off the paper transfer and adhere to the garment permanently.
It stays on just like screen printing, but does not last as long as screen printing.
3. The garments must be treated with care throughout the wash and dry cycles.
4. This process is very good and cost effective because of the limited set-up charges and using many colors and artwork for “special events”, but not for every day wearability.
