Questions like, can your design be used on hat fronts as well as shirts?\u00a0 There is a reason why there are many companies and individuals offering different rates for this service.\u00a0 The internet is teaming with<br \/> offers of different prices and quick turn-around, all over the U.S. and overseas.\u00a0 In most cases, you will get what you pay for.\u00a0 <span style=\"color: #000080;\">Questions to ask..<\/span>.<br \/> What happens if there are corrections or changes?\u00a0 What if their digitizing does not work with the machine that will sew it out?\u00a0 Will the same person continue to work on your design until it's acceptable and not add more charges for it?\u00a0 Your finished logo needs to be perfect! You should deal with a company that is actually going to sew your logo out and the digitizing works with their machines and your garments.<br \/> Remember, this is your logo and you want it to sew the same each time.<\/p>\n<p>4.\u00a0 <strong><span style=\"color: #24bfab;\">How are prices figured for digitizing?<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/> Most prices are based on the number of stitches in the design. This is a one time charge as long as the sizing doesn't change, such as a left chest size needing to go to a full back size.\u00a0 We would have to add more stitches to make the design larger.\u00a0 Some designs are more complicated and pricing is based on time and size.\u00a0 You will be given a Quote,<span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong> prior<\/strong><\/span> to placing an order.<\/p>\n<p>5.\u00a0 <strong><span style=\"color: #24bfab;\">Does the Digitizing Artwork belong to me?<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong> The digitizing artwork is a SERVICE and does stay with our company.\u00a0 If you feel you would like a copy for safe keeping, we can arrange that, for a disk charge.\u00a0 Remember, you can't open the disk without the digitizing software.<\/p>\n<p>6.\u00a0 <span style=\"color: #24bfab;\"><strong>How are prices figured for sewing?<br \/> <\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Once we know how many stitches are in the design, from the digitizing, then we can Quote based on the<br \/> size, time, and number of pieces, and what we are sewing on.\u00a0 You will be given a Quote, <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>prior<\/strong><\/span> to placing an order.<\/p>\n<p>7.\u00a0<span style=\"color: #24bfab;\"><strong> Can anyone else use my artwork and how is it saved?<br \/> <\/strong><\/span>\u00a0Absolutely not!\u00a0 It's your artwork, once it's paid for, and it is protected. You must notify us in writing for someone else to have access to use it.<\/p>\n<p>8. <span style=\"color: #24bfab;\"><strong>Are there limitations on number of colors in my design?<\/strong><\/span><br \/> No, as long as the color thread is available, you can have as many as you like. You can change colors at any time.\u00a0 Please remember, we work with thread colors and not ink colors, so there might be slight shades differences. We are happy to show you sample colors by a thread chart.\u00a0 We carry many colors in stock, but if you need a \"special\" color, there may be a spool charge because of it not being a stock color.<br \/> 9.\u00a0 <strong><span style=\"color: #24bfab;\">How long can I expect the sewing to last?<\/span>\u00a0<\/strong><br \/> Normally, the embroidery will last longer than the garment.\u00a0 What would affect the wear life is<br \/> abrasion against the design.\u00a0 The thread used is 100% polyester, great for color fastness and wearability.\u00a0 Metallic thread will not last as long, due to the metal flaking weakens the thread itself.<\/p>\n<p>10.<span style=\"color: #24bfab;\"><strong> Do I have to buy my garments from you?<\/strong><\/span><br \/> No. You can bring in whatever you would like to have sewn.\u00a0 There are some basic criteria for us to sew your items.<br \/> A. <span style=\"color: #000080;\"><strong>The item must be CLEAN and in good repair<\/strong>.<\/span><br \/> B.
