\nWe use primarily UPS\/Fed Express<\/strong>.<\/span>\u00a0 Delivery is normally 2-3 Days from shipment date, unless other arrangements are specified by customer.\u00a0 All freight charges are the responsibility of customer.<\/p>\n

Return \/ Refund Policy:<\/span>
\n<\/strong> Product ordered by customer is returnable to supplier if product is damaged or wrong product is received with no restocking charges.\u00a0 If product is ordered and customer changes mind on the material ordered prior to embellishment process, there is a 25% restocking charge plus all freight\u00a0if material\u00a0is returned to supplier.\u00a0 If the embellishment process is started or completed on material approved and ordered by customer,\u00a0there is a no refund\/return policy unless the finished product is done incorrectly by us.<\/p>\n

Customer Supplied Product:\u00a0<\/span>
\n<\/strong>If customer supplies clean \/\u00a0free of defects\u00a0product and product is damaged in production, we cannot<\/strong><\/span> replace the material, but we will re-embellish at NO additional charge, a\u00a0new replacement item furnished by customer.<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/span>Artwork:<\/span><\/strong>
\nNewly created artwork by us, either digitized or computer drawn, is a service we provide.\u00a0 There \u00a0is a charge for this service\u00a0but the artwork belongs to us. If the customer would like a copy of said artwork, they can purchase it for a “copy fee”.\u00a0 If the customer brings in existing artwork, that artwork belongs to them. If we change or alter the artwork with customer’s approval, that becomes newly created artwork and then becomes our property.\u00a0 We will not use any\u00a0customer artwork for someone else without written permission from the original customer.\u00a0Bobbins And Crew Sew, LLC.\u00a0reserve the right to refuse any artwork or order that we deem inappropriate.<\/p>\n
